Revo Testing Technology is excited to announce that Darryl Tompkins, Chief Technology Officer, is presenting at the SPE Permian Basin Production Management e-Symposium. He will be presenting on Revo’s recent URTeC paper, The Effects of Surface Data Acquisition Methods on Well Performance Evaluations, on Thursday, September 10th at 4:00pm CST.

The SPE Permian Basin Production Management e-Symposium will be held online via Zoom on September 10th from 2:00pm- 4:30pm. A Happy Hour Reception will follow at the Petroleum Club of Midland from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Please visit https://www.cosg.spepb.org/symposium-2020 to register and learn more!

Darryl’s presentation will discuss four case studies that illustrate the importance of data quality. Superior data quality should be top priority if a well’s performance and/or completion design needs to be evaluated quickly and accurately with RTA of the early production period. Examples presented show how poor data quality can be misleading when it comes to well performance evaluations.

We look forward to presenting and discussing in more detail at the SPE Permian Basin e-symposium. If you have questions about how you can improve your data quality, please contact us at info@revotest.com.
