• Identify and communicate information required from customers and follows up to ensure success in receipt of all data in a timely manner.
  • Set up customer portal on each job
  • QA/QC data
  • Monitor real time operations on nights and weekend while on call
  • Work with field personnel to identify and trouble shoot data acquisition and measurement issues.
  • Analyze diagnostic test data (RTA and DFITs) and complete reports
  • Clearly present reports to customers
  • Perform Area of Investigation analysis of offset wells using commercial databases
